How
long will it take for me to receive my order?
Since
most our products drop-ship to you from our various manufacturer
partners, delivery times may vary. For most in-stock items, orders
should be received within 5-10 business days. Other standard items
go into production when we place our order with the manufacturer. In
these cases, there may be a production delay of 2-3 weeks before the
order ships. On custom orders (specialty furniture, upholstered
goods, etc.) manufacturer productions times vary widely, but in
general, may range from 4-6 weeks. In any event, we will communicate
with you to keep you advised on the status of your order.

Can
my order be shipped to a PO box?
No,
sorry for any inconvenience, but UPS and FedEx will not ship packages
to P.O. boxes. The same applies to larger shipments sent via freight
haulers.

EST. However, messages may be left for us 24-7. If you call after
posted hours, we encourage you to leave a message, and we will make
every effort to return your call and assist you the same day.

can I be sure of the quality of the product I order?
Every
item we sell is guaranteed. The products we sell and the
manufacturers with which we choose to work are carefully selected
based on numerous factors, not the least of which is the reputation
of the manufacturer, the quality of their product and how they stand
by what they make. We remain dedicated to leaving customers pleased
with their purchase and the value they have received.
How
do I exchange or return an item?
Damaged or
Defective Items
If your order
arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either
replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely
at our expense. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as
quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship
replacement pieces.

Credit and
Return Time
Please give us
some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business
days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from
you. Within 72 hours of receiving the returned item back, you will
receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been
credited. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the
product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at
purchase.

Notice: Some products such as custom made items cannot be returned or
exchanged unless item was received defective, damaged or broken.
Canceling
Your Order
If you have placed
an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 877-534-7147
within FOUR hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any
charges.
Please
note that all orders are promptly processed on our secure merchant
servers. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore,
while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes,
we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.
Therefore, we adhere to the following policies:

If you cancel your order after the first
four hours following placing your order, you will be assessed a 10%
cancellation fee before credit is issued to the credit card you used
at time of purchase.

Orders which are refused at delivery, for
any reason other than damage to the item(s), will be assessed all
applicable fees, including restocking, cancellation, and other
related fees.
Don't
worry! Our friendly customer service personnel will do all that we
can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there
is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
